About Dan McGeary

As a resident/owner in South Palm Desert since 1994, Dan specialized in his neighborhood. His strong past client base and realtor referrals take him to other cities in the Coachella Valley or he can serve as an excellent referral to specialists in those areas.

With roots in Pennsylvania and educated in London, England and in northeast U.S., Dan started his real estate career while managing property holdings in investment portfolios as a Trust Officer at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh in the 1970`s. That led to:

1978-1979: Coldwell Banker - General Manager, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale, AZ

1979-1986: John Burnham & Co., San Diego - Commercial property management, sales and leasing.

1987-1994: Pacific View Real Estate, Point Loma, San Diego - Residential and commercial sales.

1994 to April, 2009: Occupying the same office in Palm Desert conducting residential sales and the transition between two companies:

     1994-2003: Fred Sands Desert Realty - Charter agent.
     2003 to 2009 - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

May 2009 to present: Windermere Real Estate SoCal in the Rancho Mirage Office

Novemeber 2010 - Premier Director, Windermere Real Estate SoCal
